About the BDCA

The mission of the Berwyn District Civic Association (BDCA) is to preserve, protect and promote the qualities that make Berwyn a great neighborhood we are proud to call home. We support civic and community improvements and encourage efforts to advance the general welfare of Berwyn. In its activities, the BDCA shall be strictly non-partisan, non-political, and non-sectarian. However, it reserves the right to advocate for or oppose any legislation affecting the welfare of the Berwyn area.

BDCA membership shall consist of citizens who reside in the Berwyn area of the City of College Park, MD. Members who have paid their annual dues have the right to vote in the business of the BDCA.
