Hello Berywn Neighbors,
I am providing a Valentine\'s Day Dinner delivered to your door steps. I live in Berwyn and own a small catering company. This year I thought that I would offer a nice meal for two, four chocolate dipped strawberries, and a bottle of wine all delivered to you. The price is $50 per order and that mean no traffic, no restaurant waits, and you get to dine in the comfort of you own home.

Please email me at gunnlight@yahoo.com for more information. I can email you my flyer, seeing as though I am not sure how to attach it to this post :)
I look forward to hearing from you.

Everybody. Just talked to the owner and his wife of the Fishnet and they shall be open for business this coming Friday the 11th at 5 P.M. to 10 P.M.. There will be no home delivery yet, but will come on line when staff is fleshed out. Let\'s help them prosper and patronize them. I am going to be, I hope, the first one to buy a lobster roll.

Neighbors,

Holy Redeemer School is celebrating 80 years in our community. On Friday October 14th from 5:00 to 9:00 pm the school parking lot will be transformed for a night of fun for the whole family. There will be moon bounces, games, and more. All are invited to join in the celebration.

Hello,

I noticed that when I first purchased my property, the Newsletter printed the names of buyers without contacting them for permission. That information can still be found in search results and is a privacy violation as far as I\'m concerned even if it was taken from public records. Can the adminstrator/someone please remove or wipe out the buyer names on the following issue link: http://www.myberwyn.org/sep2007.pdf .
If not, can this be taken off the internet as so that it can no longer appear in search results.

Looks like significant excavation/construction is happening at the Ridgeway properties at 4906 Berwyn Road.

Does anyone know if they have a permit this time? Also, does anyone know the planned result of this new activity?

Thanks!

Does anybody know someone who lives in the Oasis Condos. I need someone with a front door key to deliver the BERWYN NEWS to the three buildings. It is only 36 units and should only take about 15 minutes. Right now, I can only leave one per building stuck in the outside door. Thanks

I am searching for period photos of Mayo Attick\'s Berwyn Barbers barbershop. I am 55 and had my first haircut by Mayo in 1959 or so and had my last haircut by Mayo in 1969. I grew up in Berwyn Heights (1955-1977) and knew Mayo for many years. Back in the early 1960s, the Berwyn Heights Boys Club had no money, and all we had for baseball uniforms were t-shirts provided by sponsors. One season, around 1965 I believe, our baseball t-shirts said \"Mayo Attick Ruatans\". (my father was the coach and we lived on Ruatan Street).

I am looking for a period photos in the 1940-1960 time period, including any photos of Mayo at work in his barbershop. Interior and/or exterior photos would be fine.

I can be contacted at: rdondes@comcast.net or via cell phone at 732-742-8940.

Thank you,
