1. Agenda Item 1. Roll Call for Officers. The meeting was called to order at 8pm by BDCA President Tim Triplett. Also present were officers and board members Jerry Anzulovic, Liesl Koch, Al Cutino, Chuck Ireton, Debbie Mims, Janeen Miller, and Harry Pitt.

2. Agenda Item 2. Minutes from Last Meeting. Minutes from the April 2007 meeting were accepted into the permanent record.

3. Agenda Item 3. Brief Business Meeting. Officers were elected for the coming year. Jerry Anzulovic was elected as President, Kevin Young as Vice President, Timothy Triplett as Corresponding Secretary, Liesl Koch as Recording Secretary, Lori Young as Treasurer, Harry Pitt, Patrick Hyousse, and Jack Perry as members on the Board of Directors, Gina Tomko as Director of Neighborhood Watch, and Bob Baca as Editor of the Berwyn News.

4. Agenda Item 4. Service Award Presentations. Russell Robinette and Al Cutino were honored for their contribution to the community. Russell was cited for his tireless efforts in keeping the neighborhood free of litter. Somebody quipped that the neighborhood’s Clean-Up Day should be renamed Russell’s Day Off. Al Cutino was recognized for his 27 years of service to BDCA. In addressing the audience, he reminded us that in all his years as treasurer of BDCA he never bounced a check.

5. Agenda Item 5. Dessert Pot Luck. Desserts were enjoyed by all.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
